Step by Step Guide
Step 1
Go to the Submagic website1 and sign up for a free account. You can also log in with your Google or Facebook account.
Step 2
Once you are logged in, click on the Create free video now button on the homepage. This will take you to the video editor page.
Step 3
On the video editor page, you can either upload your own video from your device or choose a video from the Submagic library. You can also trim or crop your video if needed.
Step 4
After selecting your video, click on the Generate Captions button at the bottom right corner. This will start the AI transcription process, which may take a few seconds or minutes depending on the length of your video.
Step 5
When the transcription is done, you will see the captions appear on the video timeline. You can edit, delete, or add captions as you wish. You can also change the language, font, color, size, and position of the captions.
Step 6
To add emojis, templates, and keywords to your captions, click on the Magic Captions button at the bottom left corner. This will open a panel where you can choose from various options to customize your captions. You can also preview how your captions will look on the video.
Step 7
To add b-rolls, transitions, zooms, and sound effects to your video, click on the Magic Video button at the bottom center. This will open another panel where you can select from different options to enhance your video. You can also preview how your video will look with the added effects.
Step 8
To generate descriptions and hashtags for your video, click on the Magic Description button at the top right corner. This will open a pop-up window where you can see the suggested text and copy it to your clipboard. You can also edit the text if you want.
Step 9
When you are happy with your video, click on the Export button at the top right corner. This will start the rendering process, which may take a few minutes depending on the quality and length of your video.
Step 10
When the rendering is done, you will see a download link for your video. You can also share your video directly to social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
